PROTECTED DIGITAL AUDIO AMPLIFIER

The SD3215 is a high performance Class D audio amplifier driver with selectable dead-time PWM modulator. The device is designed for high voltage up to 200V. With necessary external components including two power MOSFET, a half-bridge Class D audio amplifier can be realized. Due to using shut down capacitor, the start and stop click noise is eliminated. The inside Low noise amplifier with carefully isolation allows low noise audio performance.

The device is specially designed comprehensive protection performance to avoid damaging external Power MOSFET, such as over current protection and under voltage protection.
